Who we are
Hamza Granny Enterprise is a shop that sells household items, kitchenware, small appliances and baby essentials, in store and through this website. This policy explains how we treat the information you give us when you shop with us.

What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, your phone number, your email address if you choose to give one, your delivery address and any directions if you ask for delivery, and the items you ordered.
If you pay with MTN Mobile Money we also use the Mobile Money number you enter so we can send the payment request to your phone. We never see, ask for or store your Mobile Money PIN.
If you use the search box or browse departments, that stays in your browser. We do not build a profile of you.

Why we use it
We use your details only to prepare and deliver your order, to confirm your payment, to contact you about your order, to keep our sales and stock records, and to look after you if something goes wrong.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it out and we do not use it for advertising.

On your device
This website stores a few things in your browser so it works the way you expect: your cart, the codes of the orders you placed on this device so you can find them again, and your light or dark choice. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You can clear these at any time from your browser settings. Your cart and your list of orders will then start empty.

Who can see it
The people who work at the shop can see your order so they can serve you. Staff only see what their job needs.
MTN receives your Mobile Money number and the amount when you pay with Mobile Money. If we deliver, whoever brings your order sees your name, phone number and address for that delivery. We share nothing else with anyone unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for our accounts, for stock and sales reports and to handle any problem with an order. When we no longer need your details we remove them.

Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are allowed to delete. Order records that we must keep for our accounts stay, but we will tell you which ones and why.
To ask, use the phone, WhatsApp or email shown at the bottom of every page and give the phone number you used to order, so we can find your records.

Keeping it safe
Our systems are protected with passwords and access levels, and each staff member only sees what their role allows. No system is perfect, so if you think someone has used your details wrongly, tell us straight away.

Children
This website is meant for adults buying for themselves or their family. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.

Changes
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top. The version on this page is the one that applies when you order.
